At Gift Bangladesh, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, we are committed to assisting you promptly.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product arrives damaged during transit.
- Product contains manufacturing defects.
- Important items are missing from the package.
- Product received significantly differs from the confirmed order.
All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following products are not eligible for return:

- Personalized products
- Fresh flowers
- Cakes and baked goods
- Chocolates and confectionery items
- Food and beverage products
- Balloons
- Perishable products
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Return Request Procedure
Contact Gift Bangladesh within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Provide your order number and contact information.
Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our support team will review the claim and provide further instructions.
Return Approval
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by Gift Bangladesh. Unauthorized returns or returns submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
We value customer trust and strive to maintain a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly refund process.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Order cancellation before preparation or production begins.
- Product becomes unavailable after payment has been completed.
- Wrong product delivered.

- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Approved return requests that qualify for a refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be applicable in situations such as:
- A portion of the ordered items is unavailable.
- Minor issues are reported and mutually agreed upon between the customer and Gift Bangladesh.
- Partial order cancellation before dispatch.

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within the following timeframes:

- Failure to receive delivery despite multiple courier attempts.
- Customized or personalized products already prepared or produced.
- Delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or courier limitations.
- Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference when the delivered product matches the confirmed order.

Customers may request order cancellation before production, customization, packaging, or preparation begins.
Customized Products
Since customized and personalized products are specially prepared according to customer requirements, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has started.
Cancellation Approval
Gift Bangladesh reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the current order status and production stage.
Cancellation Refunds
If an order is successfully cancelled before preparation begins, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
